Hi! You may be one of the slew of new subscribers who began following The Museletter after reading my post about how I got $100,000 in college loans forgiven, or maybe it was the resources that brought you in, like this list of places to sell jokes. Regardless, welcome, and thanks for reading The Museletter. A paid subscription is $7 / mo. and includes a personal comedy assistant/coach/publicist/aunt. Or, tune in for free, and win prizes for shares/likes/comments with the Fan Rewards Program. And as always, AMA.
Etc.

Hello and welcome back to another enthralling installment of The Museletter. Today, I want to talk about social media. I have an assortment of friends, fans and subscribers scattered across Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Little Red Book, LinkedIn (yeesss, I’m on there, sigh,) Reddit, Substack, and more.
What social websites do you get the most out of?
As you probably noticed, some are better for certain things, others are better for other tasks. I use TikTok to vlog about comedy life, Substack to blog about comedy life, YouTube to catalog videos of my comedy, Facebook and EventBrite to promote my shows, tours, and events, Instagram to feel young and relevant, Venmo to pay people, get paid, get jealous of what people are doing without me, etc.
As I’m sure many do, I spend a lot of time putting out social media content. And building a following isn’t easy. Maybe I’m doing it wrong? Here’s a hot Reddit tip:
Since I’m not hideous, but hardly the stone cold hottie they are referring to, I’m going to try experimenting with a Fan Rewards Program. In beta for the Spring, I’ll offer incentives to people who comment on and interact with my posts. Maybe love can be bought, after all?
To start, I’ve finally landed on a name that I think resonates with my brand.
Like Taylor has her Swifties, and Gaga has her Little Monsters, I’m going with
Dirty FKRs. This is an exaggerated abbreviation of Dirty Folk Rockers, but it looks a little more adventurous.
In fact, I’m considering getting it on getting it on my license plate. What do you think?

Here’s the deal…
In my Dirty FKRs Fan Rewards Program, the more you engage, the bigger the rewards.
I see my Dirty FKRs out there, liking, commenting, and sharing my posts—and I appreciate the hell out of you. Now, top interaction will win prizes.
Here’s how it works:
People who interact the most (liking, commenting, and sharing posts) between today and March 31 will be eligible for exclusive prizes. Winners are chosen monthly.
Top Dirty FKRs can select from the following:
🏆 Free Pair of Tickets to a Jessica Delfino comedy show: The highest-engaging fan each month wins a free pair of tickets to my next show. If I’m not performing near you, you can gift the tickets to a friend, or even better, an enemy.
💰 $25 Gift Card (Amazon, UberEats, or Starbucks—your choice!): $25 of free money for a fan who’s consistently engaging and helping spread the laughs by trolling my comments section.
👕 Limited-Edition DFKr logo T or Sweatshirt: This soft, cozy sweatshirt will make you funnier (no guarantees).
🔥 The Mystery Box of Weird & Wonderful Stuff: Could be a signed merch item, a thrift store find, and an oddly shaped potato. Who knows? It’s a surprise, but I promise it’ll be fun.
💡 The Comedy Brainstorm Session: If you’re an aspiring comedian, writer, or just want to make your coworkers laugh more, I’ll hop on a call with you to help you craft jokes, satire, or what have you in a 30-minute session where we’ll talk comedy, joke-writing, or just roast people we both dislike.
How to Win:
1️⃣ Follow me on Insta, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, and Substack. (Message me for bonus points and let me know you’re participating.) Then like, comment, & share my posts regularly. Heck, aim for once a day! Screw off at work — like my stuff instead.
2️⃣ Tag friends who need a laugh (or your boss/ex who’d hate my comedy the most).
3️⃣ Post/retweet your favorite Jessica Delfino jokes, clips, or memes and tag me.
Prizes are given out at the end of every month to top fans, so keep engaging and you might just win! 🎉
